Vermont Church Gathering Place

Description: The Gathering Place is set in a beautiful location about 4 miles south of Black Earth just 1 mile west of Hwy 78. It is a 1 room space with windows on the south, west and north sides, incandescent ceiling lamps and flourescent up-lighting. Nails are not permitted in the walls because they are finished with a beautiful Venetian plaster effect. The room will require tables, easels or free-standing boards for displaying 2D artworks. Round tables and chairs are plentiful but can also be moved into a large side storage room. There is no plumbing in the building, but restrooms may be used in the church which is just across a walkway. One really nice feature of this space is a large TV which can be used for video display or Internet connection. Technical assistance is not provided by church staff. If you wish to use the equipment you should probably either know what you are doing or have a friend or relative help you with it. Space is wheelchair accessible. A large sandwich board can be made available in addition to our own signage for placement at the Vermont Church Rd turnoff from Hwy 78.
Special Note: On Sunday during the tour there will be a whole congregation of potential visitors.
